I designed this simple bathroom time back in 2010 for use in Second life/open sim servers.
It was made it with Sculpties, Which limited every object to have only 1024 vertex, the shape of every object was baked into a texture where each color (red,blue and green) of the pixel represented the coordinate of a vertex assigned to that pixel
