I modeling this car for use in Second life, so the topology is not optimized, but I think I got a good Second life and blender internal renders.
It was made it with Sculpties, Which limited every object to have only 1024 vertex, the shape of every object was baked into a texture where each color (red,blue and green) of the pixel represented the coordinate of a vertex assigned to that pixel

OpenSim/Second life can make renders in real time, of course can’t make realistic renders like Cycles Render or other software like Vray but can produce nice pictures ;)
On this Images I fake the reflection of the car by use another car mirrored down the first one and I set some transparency on the floor
